Who we are

Poly A1 and this website are made by Polyhelper.ai LLC, New York, USA. We are responsible for this policy.

In the app

There is no account and no sign-in. The app does not ask for your name, e-mail or phone number, and we have no server that receives anything from it.

Three things are kept on the phone itself, so the app works: your language, your ticks on “My path” and your reminder settings. Reminders are set on the phone — no server sends them. If you use Duo with a key on Android, your keys and last question are kept there too (see below).

In Settings there is a line “Delete my data”. It erases your ticks, settings and Duo keys from this phone; we keep none of it. Deleting the app erases them too. It does not touch the folder on your computer or your store purchase.

What we never do

What goes to other companies

Poly gives you words; you decide where they go.

Poly A1 is an independent app and is not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Meta, Anthropic, DeepSeek, NVIDIA, Groq, OpenRouter, xAI, Moonshot AI, Zhipu AI or Alibaba.

Duo with a key on Android

This is the only place where the app itself goes online. If you paste your own free AI key into the app and press “Ask”:

From there NVIDIA, Google, Groq and OpenRouter handle your text under their own rules: Gemini API terms and Google Privacy Policy; Groq Privacy Policy; NVIDIA Privacy Policy; OpenRouter Privacy Policy (OpenRouter passes the request on to the company whose model answers; its free models work only after you allow, in OpenRouter’s privacy settings, that their owners may keep and use requests). On the free tier Google may use requests to improve its products — this is in its terms.

Your own paid key (optional): with a key from OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI or DeepSeek, the same text goes straight from your phone to that company under your key, and you pay it directly — nothing passes through us. Their rules: OpenAI Privacy Policy; Anthropic Privacy Policy; xAI Privacy Policy; DeepSeek Privacy Policy. A paid Google key works like the free one, under Google’s rules above.

Trio on iPhone

Trio is a free shortcut; the app does not take part in it. If you paste a free AI key into Trio, it keeps the key in your own iCloud Drive (Shortcuts → poly-key.txt), never inside the shortcut. After Claude’s check, your iPhone sends your question, ChatGPT’s answer and Claude’s check straight to the company whose key you pasted (NVIDIA, Google, Groq or OpenRouter — or OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI or DeepSeek if you pasted your own paid key, which you pay for directly), under that company’s rules listed above. We receive nothing. To remove the key, delete poly-key.txt in the Files app.

Crash reports

If you have allowed your phone to share analytics with app developers, Apple or Google may pass us anonymous crash reports — what broke and on which phone model. They don’t include your name or contact details. You can turn this off in your phone’s settings.

This website

This website sets no cookies and counts no visitors. Fonts and pictures come from our own site; nothing is loaded from other companies. The contact form at the bottom of the pages sends your e-mail address and your message to our mailbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — only when you press Send.

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages may keep short technical logs — such as the IP address and time of a visit — to keep the site safe. We don’t use them to find out who you are.

If you write to us

We use your letter only to answer you. We don’t add you to any mailing list, and we delete the letter when it is no longer needed.

Children

Poly A1 is made for adults (18+) and is not aimed at children. It collects nothing from anyone — children included.

Your rights

Wherever you live — in the EU, the UK, California or elsewhere — you have rights over your personal data: to know it, to correct it, to delete it. Poly A1 holds none. If you have written to us, ask, and we will tell you what we keep and delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. If Poly A1 ever starts collecting anything, we will say so here and in the store listing before it happens, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Poly A1 (“the App”) and polyhelper.ai (“the Site”) are made by Polyhelper.ai LLC, New York, USA (“we”). By using them, you agree to these terms.

1. Your licence

If you got the App from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”) is your licence, and it prevails if anything below conflicts with it. If you got it from Google Play, these terms are your end user licence agreement: we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control. The texts in the App and on the Site are ours: please don’t resell or republish them.

2. Subscription, cancelling and refunds

The App is free to download. Some parts — the laptop paths for everyone, for programmers and for companies, and the key to every fresh kit — come with the Poly A1 subscription; the app itself, the phone jobs, Duo and Trio and the plugins stay free. The subscription is sold by Apple or Google as an in-app purchase: they take the payment, and we never receive your card or payment details. The App shows the price, in your local currency, before you subscribe.

The subscription is monthly and renews automatically. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase; the subscription renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the next month is charged within the 24 hours before it begins. Cancel any time in your store account: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions (how); on Android, Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (how). After you cancel, the subscription stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and what you have already taken — copied texts, a kit you sent yourself — stays with you. If we change the price, Apple or Google tell you beforehand, as their rules require.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules. To ask for a refund: on iPhone, sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com and choose “Request a refund”; on Android, open Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history → Report a problem. The Claude subscription is paid to Anthropic: cancel it or ask for that money back in your Claude account.

3. Other companies’ AI

Poly A1 is not an AI. It gives you words and steps for AI services made by other companies, such as Claude or ChatGPT. You sign up with them, pay them and follow their terms. We don’t control those services and are not responsible for their answers, prices or availability. Poly A1 is independent and not affiliated with them.

4. You stay in charge

An AI agent on your computer does what you allow, and you are responsible for what you approve. Read before you say yes, and keep backups. AI can be wrong, even when several AIs check each other. Nothing in the App or on the Site is medical, legal or financial advice.

5. No warranty

THE APP AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, FILES OR PROFITS, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO WHAT YOU PAID FOR THE APP AND ITS SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. They do not take away any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived where you live.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version.
